ARCH city partner (and ICLEI member) Hamburg plans to launch its local stakeholder partnership during Hamburg’s Climate Week, which is taking place on 20-27 September 2020. During Climate Week, Hamburg city staff representing the ARCH project will take part with a stand at the Green World Tour Hamburg (happening in cities all over Germany in 2020 and 2021) on Sunday 27 September 2020.

This open air event will take place in the area surrounding St Peter’s Church – just a short walk from the World Heritage neighbourhood Speicherstadt, which is in focus for the ARCH project. The organisers of the Green World Tour, who operate under the motto ‘sustainability for all’, have developed a new ‘outdoor event concept’ this year, with corresponding measures to make sure the event can take place safely in times of Covid-19.

So, if you’re in Hamburg on the last weekend of September, head along to the Green World Tour and be sure to say hello to us at the ARCH project stand!
